Printed books

Changed your mind? You can cancel a printed book order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Email us at romanboyzov@gmail.com, then send the book back unused to the address below within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is paid by you.

We refund the book price and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of your cancellation, using your original payment method. We may wait to refund until the book arrives or you send proof that you shipped it.

Damaged or misprinted books

Send us a photo and we’ll send a free replacement, or refund you if you prefer. Please tell us as soon as you notice the problem.

Printable PDFs

Your download is ready right after checkout. If a file won’t open or print, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods.
